Our Refund Policy
Please choose your products carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. It is your obligation to read information provided on or about the goods on sale before making your decision.
Our full refund and returns policy is displayed in the store, on our website at www.thegadgetshop.co.za and available on request. Please ensure you are familiar with our policy before making any purchases.
Returned products must be in fully resalable condition, the state you received them and in the original box and/or packaging i.e. all Seal/s and Packaging has to be in Original State.Note:
1. Returns or Exchanges will not be entertained for the Products that exhibit physical damage to the product or packaging/ Security Seal. 2. In case of any Returns (Exceptional cases, accepted by GadgetBy) for what so ever reason, there shall be a deduction in the Refund Amount depending on the condition of the Unit, its Accessories, and the Usage Period. 3. For Credit or Debit card payments, the amount will be refunded to your card. It may take up to 2 weeks to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
